The profile we are looking for
Technical skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in an IT environment or an IT services company
- Experience in software/tool integration is a plus, particularly with ERP systems
- Client relationship experience is required
- Strong command of project management and related methodologies
- Good knowledge of project management tools
- Experience with Odoo is a plus

Day to day
Your missions
Training & Coaching
Train, support and coach teams in understanding and applying the CAPTIVEA project methodology.
Methodology Monitoring
Check on a daily basis that the methodology is being followed across projects and ensure that it is properly applied by the teams.
Project Reviews
Conduct project reviews, analyze how projects are progressing, and produce accurate and structured reports.
Analysis & Quality
Read and interpret data from the automated monitoring system, explain any discrepancies, and contribute to internal quality investigations, particularly regarding compliance with the required steps and client validation.
Alerts & Improvement
Identify and report anomalies, discrepancies, and critical issues to the Director of ERP Quality and Knowledge, and contribute to finding appropriate solutions.
